Mine looks like fat titties and not giving a fuck about societal standards

Stellar. I quit drinking and now I eat way more and I’ve lost 20% of my bodyweight in under six months. I was drinking tons every day, maybe 1500-2000cal.

My belt that almost didn’t fit around my belly, I’m at the final hole before I have to get a smaller belt. My pants fall down if I’m not wearing it tightly. My watch band almost needs to be replaced with a smaller one. I feel awesome every day.

I have stretch marks but no loose skin, so I’m thankful. I hope the stretch marks stay. My chest is smaller, which is totally great. I’m just starting getting back into exercising, but I feel just excellent about myself now!

I’ve got a body and it’s going to be summer. It’s perfect :D

Have gone down to the beach every day, but still waiting for a body to wash up

I live in a place where it gets up to 110+ F/43+ C regularly in the summer, my summer body is molded by hiding from the sun and waiting for the sweet release of night.

What could be a more summery shape than that of half melted ice cream?

Was hoping for a 6 pack, ended up with a keg.

My summer personality is nothing to write home about either.

Once I’m put in the smoker I’ll render down quite nicely.

My ideal summer body is replacing this rotting flesh husk with cold, hard machine precision. But that’s not really an option yet :(

I’m trying to shed about five kilos before the heat really hits. Not for any sort of beauty reasons, I just wanna make forty degree summer days suck slightly less.
