I could actually see the French claiming it’s MUCH different tasting when the cow gets the fatty liver disease obly from good cognac versus the regular bottom shelf booze
I mean, I’m French, and I can tell you that respect for the quality bottle will outweigh the benefits from the better liver. Making good stuff is important but a waste of a good drink is sacrilege.
You know, I’m kinda surprised the French don’t have some recipie that requires feeding a cow alcohol until it got a fatty liver.
Orcas: “write it down, write it down”.
Orcas love shark liver, to the extent that they will eat the liver and leave everything else. It’s not a small snack either:
Pretty understandable why they don’t find humans tasty in comparison.
That is a lot of liver. Also way more vertebrae than I expected.
Sorry, gotta choke a goose for a bit.
It’s easier than that. Dairy cows can get fatty livers during calving if improperly fed.
Is fatty dairy cow liver a french delicacy?
Foie de boeuf!
Maybe if it was cheap vodka or something but we’d never waste the good stuff like this.

Have the cow over to watch the game and it’s not wasted anymore.
There might be something there 🤣 anything for an excuse to open the nice bottle.
