Well, I wonder if they aren’t linked so much as that Elon just happens to know where to look for Gov. email addresses in certain departments or offices.

Nope. Musk forced his criminal minions into the central system that allows for broadcasting to all federal employees and since they are all incompetent children led by an arrogant moron they didn’t filter down to executive branch employees.

No, they just haven’t started defunding judicial stuff yet. If they can access the judicial funds, courts that get in the way can expect to lose funding like everyone else.
