Those engineers demanded a 50% pay increase, right? Right?
I know if I got told to fuck off and then they come around begging for my help, you know I’m going to make sure they remember their mistake.
Well…points to them for learning I guess.
I hope thoae rehired senior engineers charged them a massive increase on their salary to drive the point home.
Did they learn? If I was one of those engineers I’d be worried about getting sacked again after fixing the issues
I’d expect to be, so I’d make my invoice count.
Ford has spent the last few years with quality as one of their main targets to solve, seems that has worked?
Props to them for doing something right.
And all the executives that made the decision to sloppify were fired, right? Riiiight?
I kind of hope some of them managed to find better work and refused Fords.
