how should the world’s economy develop? what companies should be developed? how should the profit be distributed? should it be illegal for companies to make a profit at all?

(note that i think that it is generally unavoidable that some companies make some profit, the grey area on the image of the supply-demand diagram (or rather quantity-price diagram) is the profit, and that would only be zero if all companies have exactly the same production costs per unit.)

The business structure doesn’t fucking matter. I focus on corporations because a vast majority of the people in the US work for corporations. Workers do the work, and capitalists use the structure of the business to isolate workers from the surplus value of their labor.

Do you have a point, or are you just going to insult me and then criticize my choice of words after realizing you focused on the wrong part of my argument? I’m willing to talk about my ideas, just look at the other comment thread under my original comment. I don’t want to be insulted. If you think you’ll get a meaningful and engaging discussion by insulting me, you’re sorely mistaken.

            You didn’t critique shit.

You asked why corporations are bad, I replied with my reasoning.

You accused me of using slogans and provided a nonsequitur. I expanded my reasoning by asking follow-up questions about the dynamics of power within a company.

You assumed I was specifically talking about corporations, and asked another nonsequitur. I answered anyway, trying to draw us back to the point.

You insulted me and tried to put words in my mouth. I expanded my reasoning further by describing how business structures exploit workers.

You doubled down on the assumption that I was specifically talking about corporations and insulted me again. I tell you outright why I was using the word “corporation”.

            You criticize my word choice.

Bravo, 10/10 trolling. Definitely took your bait.
