Going to bed at 5am and changing my alarm from 7:30 to 7:45 hoping it will save me.

I have 2 alarms set on my watch. One for 8am, and another set for 4:20pm

Though the alarms work, they never work as expected. The 8am alarm practically never wakes me up, and when the 4:20pm alarm goes off, I practically never have weed… ☹️

This is me, thinking that I can get enough sleep on 5 hours, knowing I can’t get enough sleep on 5 hours.

1 hour and 41 minutes is a sleep cycle! Plan it right, you’ll wake feeling refreshed!
