If you even work for a pharmaceutical company and you overhear at a weekend barbecue that someone has not taken a dose or doubled a dose etc, you’re obligated to report it within 24 hours.

yea there’s even a specific diagnostic code for it in the DSM, F19 other substance use disorder, where in the criteria antihistamine abuse is explicitly mentioned (and DXM/Kratom are not mentioned, even though they get the same code and are more widely abused in the USA!)

Zyrtec is the one that works for me with no noticeable side effects.
Cetirizine (Zyrtec) is pretty good and I think a tier 3 antihistamine. Allegra might be too.
If you need Zyrtec D, save a ton of money and get a separate Pseudoephedrine and Cetirizine. We get a 20 pack of generic Sudafed for $6 and a huge bottle of Cetirizine that last a year for cheap. The big bottle is around the price of a small pack of Zyrtec D.
