2·2 years agoCool thanks, like I said I’m happy to have the option. Voting should be easy, painless, and as accessible as possible. It just feels like there’s a huge push for it and for me personally I’m not worried about voting on the day. I appreciate the answer though. Some things I hadn’t thought about.
Real question: Is there a benefit to voting early? In my state it’s way more annoying, Ohio, and I have plenty of time on election day. It feels like there’s a big push for it and I think it’s good that it’s an option but I don’t see the benefit overall unless you’re worried about not being able to vote on election day for whatever reason.

6·2 years agoMildred Jessie Berryman (September 22, 1901 – November 7, 1972), who went by “Berry”: 66 (also spelled “Barrie”), was an early 20th century American pioneering researcher of lesbian and gay community in post-WWI Utah. She was also a photographer, a mineral merchant, and a manufacturing business co-owner with her girlfriend of over three decades.
She was super rad, there wasn’t any info here so I wanted to at least link to her Wikipedia: Mildred wikipedia
