Well no. They’re stopping the shit they can before it happens, just like every trial it’s slow and doesn’t particularly stop anything after it happens you can only stop what is or might be via injunction.

These fuckers are making life real hard for the people writing King Pin in the new Daredevil.

At the beginning of 2024 they wrote and filmed a bunch of evil comic book villain stuff, and by the time the show aired, the Trump administration already did most of that shit in real life.

Dumbass, multiple judges have said there’s no evidence of invasion to use as an excuse. I’m sure the process of getting the Supreme Court to block this (if they do) won’t allow any sort of harm to everyone who can’t get due process and sit in legal black holes while shitty court cases work though the system.

Actually, yes it does. Habeas Corpus is in Article One of the Constitution. Suspending it without an act of rebellion or invasion is an attack on the constitution. Those attacking the Constitution should get the blue shell, and that always takes out the leader.

Well that will surely be a boon to tourism and can’t wait until other countries reciprocate, but maybe that will just be a boon in getting rid of these IRL nuance streamers in other countries.
