havecaused.I’m pretty sure that’s a lot of this issue. They were bullies and assholes in school and always picked on the “weird kid(s)” and now that they’re being referred to that way they’re freaking out because they’re scared they’re going to become a target.

This isn’t entirely true. You still have to stop by the self checkout and scan a code on the screen there and confirm a few things, but it is way faster.
Yup, we did 2 x 5200+ mile round trips this year with zero issues. I think the problem is that people don’t like the fact that you actually have to think a tiny bit and plan a tiny bit sometimes instead of just jumping in the car and going until it yells at you to stop and get gas. People in this country, especially the anti-ev crowd, really dislike having to think for themselves.

1·1 year agoI had a lady in the marketing department open a ticket with us many years ago when ILoveYou was running rampant and we had blocked yahoo mail, gmail, etc on our corporate network and she was PISSED because “I need to access that for my other job!”. Yes, she put that in the ticket. That was a brief discussion with her manager and a resume generating event for her.
