A second drive is optimal, but you should still have a second efi partition on the second drive.

If using efi (instead of bios), set up a second efi boot partition. Use one efi for windows and the second for Linux. It’s “non standard” but the efi spec does not explicitly forbid you having multiple partitions, and it will keep windows from disabling anything on the Linux boot partition.

Anyone who has grown tomatoes before really appreciates the wasps. The hornworm caterpillar can devastate your tomatoes crop. It’s probably a terrible way to go for the caterpillar, but they are real pests.

This is almost a word for word plot point in Rainbows End by vernor vinge.

I’m sure the worm was equally surprised to find the doctors
How is 17% of 83.27 easier then 83.27% of 17?

I never has an original psp, but I had a psp-go. It was great! I primarily used it to emulate the nes and Genesis. Not many people liked the other slide out screen aesthetic but it was one of my favorite parts of the design. It reminded me of the Motorola sidekick.

Holy fuck it has a name.
Of course it has a name … Of course I’m not the only one this happens to.
Everyone saying you need two harddrives needs to know: all you need are 2 efi partitions: one for windows one for linux… You can have them on the same drive. It’s nonstandard, but I have never found a machine where it doesn’t work.
I relate so much except mine shattered and I required a ureteroscopy to go pull out the 3 fragments, after 48 hours of intense pain.
You can look up ureteroscopy as a procedure if you like, but I can assure you it is just as much fun to have done as it is to spell
Thanks … I’ll let my self know that 4 years ago.
Green tea can be high in oxalates and most likely was responsible for my first kidney stone.

Last I hear OnePlus was on the verge of collapse. Not because of this, but because of the mismanagement since carl left. It will probably be absorbed into oppo soon enough https://www.androidheadlines.com/exclusive-oneplus-collapse.

Fusion works flawlessly for me in winapps (and I’m sure winboat), but it is s-l-o-w. I probably need to figure out GPU passthrough and it might be bearable… But I haven’t had much time to dedicate figuring it out.

I would say hans reiser enters the room… But he didn’t…

This is giving me even more mental health issues.
My wife doesn’t use an ad blocker. I installed a pihole about 6 years ago and she got so incensed, and demanded I remove it. Eventually I carved out a rule on the router to assign her a different DNS server. I just don’t get it.

I, for one, welcome our future Canadian overlords, with open arms.

He probably is already pardoned under the blanket one trump signed on his first few days in office
I’ve done it with over a dozen computers by different manufacturers: primarily laptops: Lenovo, HP, toshiba, and I have yet to run into any issue.
Windows assumes there is only ever going to be one efi, so it totally ignores the second partition. Linux has you mount the efi partition so you can choose it over the windows one.
What problems have you had with it? There is lots of advice out there on the Internet saying this is the best setup, not just me.
