  • It’s not time enough for traditional measurements of a political “honeymoon”…

To clarify, “honeymoon” is NOT a measure of accomplishment; “honeymoon” is a period of possibly effective influence.

The “presidential honeymoon” is the first year of every presidential admin, representing the best time to push forward initiatives before the next 2 year congressional elections can push back…

It’s not an issue of power so much as assumption of such, this article is pretty much unnecessary.

  • What the fuck did Zuckerberg ever “lead” when it came to AI or anything for that matter.

Sad bitch was pumping shitty dead-eyed vr avatars as the future while AI was spinning up. Named the company “meta” why? Not cause of AI…

Now cause he wrote (likely ai wrote) a rambling essay, he’s “leading” something? He’s never led, he’s acquired and pretended.

His shitty ramblings have been cited as the what everyone hates.

Fucking waste of a ceo chair is a Johnny-come-lately idiot waving his arms around in desperation as his college theft slowly fades into irrelevance.

Clawing their way back… Cause they’re so LEADING

A good quote about this dipshit:

“Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook are not innovators. The only thing they’ve innovated around is their core product, Facebook, which a lot of people would argue was stolen in the first place. They’re outstanding acquirers. Just as I have reveled in the train wrecks that were Portal and Libra, this is the next $10 billion insect hitting the windshield of reality for Facebook."

“When the internet came about, the initial vision for retail was that you would have these avatars that would go to a shelf for a sweater and then walk over to the cash register and buy it. It was just stupid and didn’t make any sense. We have these similar things now.  We’re going to be legless avatars in a meeting? This is the cynical part of me, but I just love the fact that 10,000 Facebook employees are driving to work every day to accomplish absolutely nothing. I guess they’ll get some IP out of it. I don’t know what the biggest product failures are in terms of capital spent; at $10 billion, this will be right up there. But if it changes the conversation for several months, maybe it will be worth it?”

  • It’s worth mentioning that the last time we had a huge crash, the economy was a hair’s breadth from shutting down ATMs and the Bush admin pushed for a bailout.

Sure congress approved it but this is after 8 years of a republican admin forcing the country through 2 forever wars, 9-11, the patriot act and now the GREAT RECESSION… all why championing deregulation politics.

It was during the W Bush admin when republican deregulation inevitably led to rampant off-the-books derivative investments, credit default swaps etc… the bailout helped friends.

I mention all this to point out if you vote for a repub in the next pres election, you are voting against the economy and against healing. “Bailouts for all” is akin to Trump pardoning all the pedos. It’s a GOP thing.
