Metrolinx, HydroOne, LCBO online maps display Lake Ontario’s name as ‘Lake America’

HydroOne, Metrolinx and LCBO are displaying the name of Lake Ontario as 'Lake America,' following a similar change in Google Maps in the U.S.

Google also says Jerusalem is the capital of israel despite international law and virtually every other country designating Tel Aviv as the capital.
