Lebanese supermarket near me sells coffee with ‘hel’. Had no idea what it was, so I bought it. Turns out it’s cardamon and tastes great.

Most Turkish coffee is laced with this and you can safely pop a cardamom pod in your grinder with your beans if you want to experience this at it’s freshest.

I had a Costa Rican iced pour over this weekend that was fantastic. It was at a local coffee shop and I liked it so much I had to bad a small bag of the beans even though it was really pricey. I’m hoping to try replicating it at home with my V60 later this week.

I bought a kenyan coffee at my local roaster and it has been very fun experimenting with it. It tastes very good as an iced latte. It almost tastes sweet without adding anything else
