      Or have low blood pressure, low blood sugar, are affected by some types of medication (some antidepressants, muscle relaxers, etc)… if it’s new talk to your doctor, but it’s probably easy to deal with. I got told to eat more salt to deal with it, since I already stay pretty hydrated.

        Second this. I drink like a fish, even water sometimes (/s), and still sometimes feel like the grim reaper’s looking at my report card when I stand up too fast.

          it also just depends on how you sit. if you are sitting upright and more elongated, it shouldn’t happen. very different from say, sitting on the floor or squatting or sitting with a position where you legs are elevated to be the same height as your torso or higher.

          your BP drops because all the sudden because heart has to fight gravity when it wasn’t doing it before.
