    • roll out ready-made dough
    • add tomato juice, fungi & olives from the can,
    • some veggies / slices / tuna,
    • cheese, salt & pepper, olive oil

=> cheap + low effort Pizza that is also 10x times healthier than the store-bought version.

Lately I just use tortillas for the base. Better toppings to base ratio. Near zero effort. Mine looks more like: tomato paste, shredded cheese, garlic, pre-sliced chorizo, salami or pepperoni. Optionally portobello mushrooms. I use a “pizza flavouring” mix, which is just oregano, basil and marjoram, or if I’m out of that, I probably have basil and might have oregano.

In this recipe, the only thing I need to slice is the garlic, which I get from my own garden when possible, otherwise I try to find Estonian garlic since the Chinese stuff tends to taste weaker (not always though). Even the mushrooms can be bought pre-sliced. I don’t always add them because I love them, but not every else does and honestly if I’m trying to get by on the cheap, that’s 2 or 3 euros I can do without. Ananas is also strictly optional and I never add it myself, mostly because I forget it exists in cans and cba to buy a whole one and dice it lol

But my original comment of “I want to spend zero time preparing food today, what should I get?” mostly referred to the sort of day where I don’t even want to go to the store or turn on the oven. I don’t get them a lot anymore, which is why I only get pizza from a pizzeria like 2-3 times a year these days.
