You’re gonna want airflow, those grow lights generate plenty of heat. Fortunately, there is no shortage of airflow solutions for 19" racks. Also having a dedicated solution bin per rack is complete overkill, either keep the solution bin outside of the rack to service multiple racks or just do deep water culture (It’s roma lettuce, it will not give a fuck).
