Then I’ve had 2 sets of Egyptian cotton bedsheets that were so fucking coarse. Thread counts were supposedily the same… Any idea why that would be?

Too stretchy. Also no good in summer.

Soft and stretchy is a win in my book. There are thinner ones for summer, but might need a lower thread count
