I have to hit 3 whole kvm buttons to transform my work cubicle into my personal gaming workstation, but I also have weekly exercise classes so I don’t need the extra exercise from switching laptops on the docking station. Gotta save some of that effort for class, ya know?

If you are on the phone a lot, these wireless headsets are great for ergonomics. Walk around, don’t care what people say. They can sit hunched over their laptop.I will not do that.
Sitting/ standing set ups can be very easy to build some crappy home version of that.
My parents always screamed at me when I was on the computer more than an hour a day, and they limited my TV time, too.
