I really don’t think any humans should treat other humans this way at all. I could understand it though if you felt that maybe this is the kind of arrest that murderers, rapists, or wayward politicians deserve. Doing this to someone who is living and working somewhere but lacks the proper paperwork to do so is just so indecent and offensive.
