Yep. I have been suspended twice for fighting. In both cases the other person hit me first. The first time it happened I didn’t even somebody throw a puncha and had not time to even defend myself. The second time I did defend myself, but it literally involves pushing the person away.
In both cases the school administration did not care and my parents went up to the school to make complaints.
Ita bullshit, but this is exactly the problem. Schools have zero tolerance policies to protect themselves rather than to protect students.
