MADISON, Wis. (WKBT) -- Governor Tony Evers released a statement Sunday morning after a USDA memo suggested states "immediately undo steps taken to issue full SNAP benefits for November."

  He was the right guy to dig Wisconsin out of being a right wing hellhole. Not sure he’d be the right guy for moving forward.
