So basically you can write anything on the bullet to place blame on the side you want blamed and everyone will automatically believe you? – because someone who would shoot people would definitely not lie or try to make it look like a certain “side” did it, right?

Or maybe no matter what they write or who they shoot, this regime will blame it on “the left”. (edit to add): The FBI could just as easily have scrawled that “anit-ice” on there before taking the picture. I guess messages on bullets is the new trend now.
