NEW YORK—The Trump administration and its radical right foot-soldiers in the federal government and in the states are undertaking a comprehensive scheme to undermine future state and federal elections, in effect rigging the rolls to keep themselves in power no matter what the voters decide.

It takes time for Trade and Tourism to drop off, and more time for the effects of that to be noticed by the average citizen who is having the reality of the situation hidden from them by the propaganda machine of the oligarchs.
