The young and pretty ones can be trafficked as “Comfort Girls,” and the rest are useful as house slaves, cooking, cleaning, tending to the DNA Storage Units/ Organ Donors/ Human Shields, etc.

The point is men tend to start revolutions when given hard times, so it’s best to march them into a meat grinder before they get the chance. That’s one reason Russia is OK with their losses, those are mostly minorities from less loyal districts, not True Russians (ie Moscovites).
