One of the many ways Trump is broken, he is incapable of laughter. The closest he’ll get is to scoff, or say ‘that was funny’ after mocking someone.

  It’s crazy, the few videos titled Trump “laughs” at something, he’s just smiling or smirking. I too am curious if there is a single video out there of him laughing
