Hoover crossdressed as head of the FBI, and he was at the heart of a fascist white terror during the 1950s. It’s strongly believed that James Buchanan was in a relationship with Senator Rufus King, while President. Reactionary attitudes towards sex did not seem to affect any of these economic elites.
