I didn’t say they weren’t fairly regulated. In fact, being purchased illegally implies they’re regulated to some extent. Again though, you can illegally purchase them, obviously. Black markets exist, which means you can purchase things that are illegal to purchase.

I don’t know if I’m trying to start an argument by saying this, but I don’t think they are “fairly” regulated.
They are more arbitrarily regulated.
I’m not the only one to think so in my rural community. So I hope that gives you some hope for our country’s future.
Yeah, I didn’t mean fair as in equitable or reasonable. I meant it as in moderately, as in there is some regulation.
