That’s pretty apalling.
What kind of following sticks with someone who humiliates people just because they could use extra grocery money? Just because he had so much cash that he could take a voyercation to somewhere unfamiliar to do it?
If he’s come to his senses, fine. Anyway if new users can’t figure out CWs and pronouns… that’s why we have de-fed, block, and filter…
Maybe someone thought genocide imagery and messaging was a ha ha funny toy. I’m not over it, as someone who deals with hatecrimey stuff on the reg.

Maybe deporting immigrants sucks. Maybe destabilizing geopolitical regions suck. Maybe we could have drawn the line way sooner, if it was abou what’s right and not about indulging bullies and slave traders.
Police brutality we can eat dinner through, but not lying about chatel slavery and torture camps anymore.
If I sound extreme, look up the state of food in U.S. prisons. If it doesn’t seem like I should care, you don’t know how many reprecussions legal, manditory, insurance redlining really had on the body and soul of the nation. It was mutilation, still visable today.

Sorry, but the entire u.s. economy is actually run on this kind of scam logic. Honest people are run out or killed a few years in. Like with cops. It’s in the college textbooks, but naturally none of the news channels can cover the details at any length, due to conflict of interest in funding.
Defund and criminalize reproductive education and healthcare to get that birth rate up and destroy families (can’t have desperate wrecked homes to make the army and overtime look good if too many people are allowed to choose skills and non-breeding family roles.) to get back to an extortibly unweildy population glut. easy peasy. Goes great with that scapegoating.
