The total seats / number of districts is capped and set for each state. It should be uncapped but that is besides the point

. The redistricting / gerymandering makes use of packing (putting as many X voting areas into a single district to give them less voting power by basically wasting their vote since their candidate wouldve won that distric anyways) and cracking (splitting X voting areas up into multiple districts which will be majority Y voting).

This means that with even numbers of X and Y voting people, they can be partitioned so that 9/10 districts for example are 55-45 for Y, and the remaining X voting people can be packed into the last district. The end result is Y winning 90% of the districts with only 50% of the overall support.

My understanding is Trivy’s Personal Access Token (PAT) - used for accessing your account via scripts / the services API - got leaked in the repo. The bot saw the PAT and revoked it because someone else could come along and use it to gain access to their repo or impersonate them.

I may be wrong about the immobilizer but even having one aspect of the car fail could cause issues if the person isnt expecting it, especially if they are already speeding. Also theres no saying if there could have been physical sabotage to the car or that he was driving something with issues like a recent honda (steering rack issues that cause them to lock up)

It often makes up non existent vulnerabilities. I think it was curl getting flooded with fake vulnerability reports which drowns out real reports, esp because it can take time to parse through the code or run the poc

Craigslist/fb marketplace can be a good way to find garage sales so you dont have to negotiate a meet up time / place or anything. Also look for estate / moving sales. Check along local roads for signs on upcoming garage sales.

Thrift stores can be ok but can be expensive or not have great stuff if its in an expensive area. Consider going to smaller shops / delis and looking for if they have a section for local business cards; some places will have a section where people will leave a stack of business cards, so you might be able to find smaller thrift/antique shops that way, or find an ad someone has left for upcoming sales.
