I see why you’re concerned, but I had to travel across the country for a wedding. The travel was necessary. You are creating a false equivalency between my necessary travel schedule requiring my to fly only one time this year because of an obligation to a loved one, and the person’s entirely unnecessary, daily AI use that is a result of their own laziness. Oh, my bad. The next time I have to travel across the country for a wedding I’ll be sure to tell my job that I need to take a week off to drive both ways across the country in addition to the other days I need to take off for the actual wedding. Surely driving for three days to the wedding and three days back from the wedding is better for the environment, correct? If you’re not familiar with her music, I would recommend starting with the song “Follow Your Arrow”, which is about living your life as authentically as possible and very explicitly supports the queer community. Here’s the chorus:
“Golden Hour”, which is her Grammy-nominated album, is an absolute masterpiece and played a significant role in my first queer relationship. The song “Rainbow” still makes me tear up and look back fondly on my coming out years. I have seen her a few times in concert and she always dedicates it to the LGBTQ+ community.
