I don’t know if you’ve fixed this but getting a burner account and extracting the cookies works. Just pass the cookie file to ytdlp and you’re good to go

Thank you! I was hoping to see a comment about Unsong!
This will have a rather steep learning curve but it’s honestly great.
ytdl-sub
It’s based off of yt-dlp with express intention of automating downloads and metadata for whichever media server you use.
It’s very customizable and works extremely well once setup correctly. Oh and it integrates with SponsorBlock!
As much as I hate using discord for FOSS projects and technical support, their discord was actually quite helpful in getting me up to speed.

I hate this update
If only Jellyfin onboarding was as easy for friends and family…

Done. Please ask your friend to check my other comment 🙏🏻

His name is Peregrin Took. The falcon is called a peregrine falcon and it’s quite the fast animal.
I hope this helped your friend. If not, I can offer more support and guidance

Took me a second to get it. Well done 👏🏻

I get the sentiment but just in case you wanted to know there is a small grey link at the bottom of that box that says Continue for now or something. It will allow you to read the article.
I noticed that a lot of websites use this particular plugin/service to detect adblockers and they all have this feature which is good for now.
Then we will eat in the shade 😌

I hope am not too late for this. If you’re looking for a consolized PC experience with Steam and all of its quality of life features, check out ChimeraOS.
It is based on SteamOS3 and adds a lot of extra features such as GOG and EGS integrations and built in emulators.
It also has a desktop mode for a full featured Linux experience. Keep in mind it’s an immutable distro.
Also, it uses Arch btw. Sorry just wanted to say it for such a long time now 🤣

This is also a really good resource. I’ll take a look and save it to my to do list!
Thanks!!

This is extremely informative. Yes, I got the SkyConnect and it’s working flawlessly.
I meant I wish we can see a FOSS alternative to these propriety standards.
Same here tho. I started with Hue and now I’ll just keep their lights fuck their hubs and accounts and cloud.
Going forward I’ll buy whatever as long as it satisfies what I need and connects to HA Green.
FOSS for the absolute win!

This was the final push I needed to switch over to Home Assistant and their hub. I needed a simple plug and play solution and Green delivered.
Migrates the lights, curtains, and will migrate more.
Fuck proprietary hubs and technology, and fuck me for buying into that shit in the first place.
Open source Matter/Zigbee/Zwave when?
