Design for movies only have to look good for a few minutes of close-up, and there are many tricks for making them look better in those few minutes.

Shudders* Yeah, humanoid robots that can do advanced human style fighting pale in comparison.
I was told when I was buying that someone else had ordered the set of rings, came in to pick it up and said “nah.” So they were way way cheaper than anything else in the store.
I don’t believe that story anymore
I think I spent 400 for engagement ring and wedding bands together. Over time, it became clear that none of the rings matched, and only one of the three is quality material.
I wish I had spent more on the engagement ring to get a setting that doesn’t stick out so much, it’s too stabby and scratchy. I’d also want to track down a lab grown diamond if I had it to do over again.
I see pixels before brush strokes. Like pixelated brush strokes
The load of getting this brick up to speed quickly so the driver can show off
Thank you for taking it in good faith and for writing up a researched response, bravo to you!
Why would good nutrients end up in poop?
It makes sense that growing a whole plant takes a lot of different things from the soil, and coating the area with a basic fertilizer that may or may not get washed away with the next rain doesn’t replenish all of what is taken makes sense.
But how would adding human poop to the soil help replenish things that humans need out of food?
Their wealth comes from the well off families, then secondarily from the art that sells well due to the artist (through their parents) being well connected to other rich people through the school that mostly filters in favor of rich people.
One job that we can happily hand over to robots
I like to look around at the cars going by, examine the infrastructure around the intersection like the nerd I am, and when the countdown starts (the crosswalk signals usually have a countdown until they switch to “GO”) I’m looking back and forth between the signal and traffic to see who’s stopping and who’s trying to beat the light.
I’m not about to trust my life to a signal when so many drivers are too busy on their phones to notice the big lights in front of them shining a different color than it did a second ago.
That’s my next question. If things are bad enough that the Internet is gone, what reliable source of power would survive the unknown scenario that got things that bad?
That power source would also need to power a separate computer or smartphone that would also need to be kept protected from whatever happened.
Is it also hardened against EPM’s?
I like driving. My commute is not so busy that I have to deal with slowdowns, I can listen to whatever while I go to and from work. It’s a nice little break where I decide what is happening. A manual transmission would add to the sense of control, but alas, I haven’t bought one of those. Also strictly enforced speed limits limit the enjoyment.
Using some of the incoming power to run the AC seems reasonable. Especially when the battery is above 75% charged. It would be interesting if the AC would go harder for more minutes per hour as the charge level gets higher.
Has anyone found the places where the navigators work to see how it goes? Has a navigator shared their experience on the web somewhere?
I am very curious as to what they are asked to do and for how many cars And for how much money
Packaging the job as a video game side quest is genius. Make so the gamer has to do several simulated runs before they connect to an actual car, and give in-game expensive consequences for messing it up
Blueberry just chilling there in the corner the whole time, secure in their berry-ness
Please get a good night’s sleep, eat breakfast, take a walk outside, then pick up a dictionary for reference and rewrite this post.
A few minutes of close-up. Otherwise, medium to far shots, shots where the camera is moving enough that a few blemishes in the robot won’t show up, or the focus is on another character in the shot.
