Yep, seen this one before, by the standards outlined it means that:

Lava is poisonous and Bears are venomous.

I do have one user blocker that is a troll or bot that is constantly posting political stuff, something like 30+ posts a day and nearly 80 comments a day, most of which are down voted to hell for obvious reasons.
