  • While I believe Klipperstein has a copy of something, we’ve as of yet have no evidence that Mangione wrote it.

Hence the ‘Trust me bro’ part. Hand written manifesto saying everything the police want to hear to speedrun the trial from a guy who works in the tech business who would have posted it online if he actually wanted to get caught. Far too many pieces of evidence seemed to have fallen into the lap of the police after literal days of not even being sure if he was still in NYC or not.

If he was the shooter, which I won’t rule out at this phase, and didn’t want to get caught, why would he keep the gun, manifesto and fake IDs on his person, especially when just going out to lunch? If he did want to get caught… why would he leave NYC? He could have turned himself in any police station or tried to start a rally till someone with cuffs took him into custody. Why would he abandon the bag in Central Park and not leave the manifesto there?

  • Could he be the actually shooter? Maybe.

There is a lot of coincidences here that don’t really add up. It’s an uncanny and extremely lucky break for the police to go almost three days without any clue to the whereabouts or true identity of the shooter, to catching him away from his home eating lunch and just happening to carry all the things that link him to the crime in a public place.

This young man had the foresight to use fake IDs, unregistered firearm, preplan and escape route and dump several items he’d no longer need after the crime, only to have at least 48 hours after the crime to dump these items anywhere between NYC and Altoona but he chose to keep all the items that he would know police could track or link to the crime?

The CCTV grade pictures and video can be handwaved for not being a good match of the shooter by their poor quality, maybe there is an argument he wore a prosthetic. But having all the rest of the stuff on his person like he’s expecting to get caught is uncanny.

Maybe there is some argument that he was being sentimental or thinking he was far enough away no one would link him. Maybe this is some attempt at a 4D chess move to make it look like he’s being framed. Or just maybe all the items claimed to have been found on his person at a McDonalds was really found several days ago in the backpack with monopoly money in Central Park and Law Enforcement rushed the items to the place of his arrest to plant such evidence. Or is there some fourth options where he is the shooter, but he knows the evidence was left in NYC and is calling out it as being planted to force the law enforcement agency to tip their hand and reveal some warrentless and illegal surveillance?

Honestly, I have no idea, but what has been put forth by Law Enforcement right now doesn’t really pass smell the test. The urgency at which they pushed him in front of a judge certainly doesn’t help that. Usually cases such as this, the prosecution at least takes a few days to go over all the evidence they have and research the suspect in custody to better decide what charges are appropriate and strategy to present the case.

  • Hate to burst the bubble but this guy threatened the illusion that the billionaire class is untouchable. The ultra-rich are going to be leaning heavily on all the politicians and officials they helped put into position to ensure this guy gets caught no matter the cost, and ensure he’s made an example of.

It might not be the NYPD or any other civil police department, but you can bet NSA & FBI leadership is getting multiple phone calls demanding they get involved and go over every piece of information related to the shooting they can get till they identify the killer. The ultra-rich won’t let this one slide as one of their own was publicly murdered, so they won’t stop at anything to ensure the killer’s character is publicly murdered so that anyone who tries to copycat or get ideas can equally be ostracized as an outcast.

  • It’s just taking advantage of the change in matter state. H2O expands ~16,000 times it’s size when it boils from liquid water to gaseous steam. That increase in size means it wants to go somewhere else, we just control where it goes and it’s relief valve happens to be going through a spinning wheel with magnets on it, inducing currents in the coils of wire around the wheel.

Yes it’s way more complicated than that, but it’s the best way we have of turning heat into electricity, so it’s what we use. With the primary exception of solar, nearly every form of power production is using heat energy to indirectly spin a wheel.

  • Do people not realize that without legislative backing the President’s powers to make long term and lasting change are extremely limited and nil? Like how he pursued student loan relief and got blocked by the Supreme Court?

Biden has never had a true majority in Congress, the senate was always 50/50 at best and even then two of those were DINOs with one of them fully switching to GOP in the last year. Scream all you want about Biden not doing anything but there really isn’t anything else he can’t legally do without Congress or Supreme Court just stopping his plan before it can even be publicly known. You want to see change with an actual leftist government in the US? Then fucking vote. Not just every 4 years in Presidential elections. but in midterms and special elections too. Find out who your state representatives are and vote in those elections too. If you don’t know who represents you from the local level of city council all the way up to US House and Senate then you’ve really got no room to criticize the DNC for being paralyzed in not wanting to upset the voters they actually can get to turn out to the polls.

  • C-3PO was a parts kit. It wasn’t that Anakin designed his own brand new droid, he gathered enough parts from scrap yards to mash together his own based on schematics that would have been available to anyone who regularly works on droids. In our time it was about as impressive of a feat as building a bookshelf out of lumber you salvaged from a local dump pile. Impressive for a boy that age, but anyone with the time and tools could do it.
