I feel like wendell has one of the more balanced/pragmatic takes on the tech, and at the least he’s a huge proponent of self hosted models instead of paying the big providers.

I think they just meant that most people don’t pick up what you’re doing when you start rattling off nato phonetic words unless you prime them with “<letter> as in<word>”

I mean… It would be in the interest of those with power, who are more likely to be psychopaths, to encourage empathy development in the broader public.

On Mac it gets a bit larger, then goes back to regular size after a bit even if you keep shaking. It doesn’t keep getting bigger for eternity like KDE does.
