No joke, it will probably kill us all… The Doomsday Clock is citing Fascism, Nazis, Pandemics, Global Warming, Nuclear War, and AI as the harbingers of our collective extinction… The only thing I would add, is that AI itself will likely speed-run and coordinate these other world-ending disasters… It’s both Humanity’s greatest invention, and also our assured doom.

I want to know the term however… Also for the record I despise Order and Stagnation, reliability and the comfort of routine… Chaos, ever-changing and refusing to close doors… While also acknowledging and understanding the Paradox of Tolerance.

I mean if that’s completely true then is answer no life at all? I’m gonna have to ask the AI more questions? What is it called, the philosophy that NO, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA life should be allowed to exist? We talking Mass Effect Reaper Thinking? I seem to recall either Iain M Banks or perhaps Neal Asher, no wait probably Peter F. Hamilton writing about deep-space AI systems wiping out any life that arises from the muck.

If you like Mono-filiment whips you should read the Paratwa trilogy by Chrisopher Hinz… it’s about assassins that have 1 mind in 2 bodies, thus more eyes and coordination skills. They train from early childhood to use these Black eggs that extrude a monofilament whip… it take years to control them so they don’t whip about and cut yourself to pieces.

Correct, that person was fired.

So here I was loading stuff onto a pallet. I was on foot next to my Forklift. Around the corner comes another forklift going way too fast and backwards with a double-high load. It runs right up onto my right foot and had it gone much further would have broken my leg. What happened instead was the steel-toe metal part of the boot crumpled over my big toe and other toes. It shattered the big one in several places and broke two others as well. They had to cut the boot off of me… This happened on New Year’s Eve about 10 years ago. It took almost 6 months to walk normally again and a lot of physical therapy.

I definitely enjoyed the game. It is also one of the only games I ever hunted and got all the achievements for… that said, there is a darker side to this story. This particular game helped me ruin two different controllers by wearing out the parry button. And also, alongside the game Hades, it truly wrecked my thumbs and hands (arthritis). I can barely game with controllers anymore at all.

What always gets me is how do they not just “know” that they’re the bad guys?!? Blue is the color of good guys in these games and stupid tribalistic sports, and Red is the side of the bad/evil team… I knew this in elementary school even… Blue good, red bad… It’s so obvious.

Murder isn’t evil either… There is no absolute truths or God. No such thing as good or evil… its all meaningless entropy in this universe. We are primitive ape-goblins living on a ball of trash-infested mud, waiting to be hit by another big asteroid, or end ourselves in Nuclear fire and darkness… Get out of here with this bullshit idea that “Murder is evil”… Life itself must murder to survive and eat… We are easily worse as a species than our simpler animal brethren… so fuck that!
