Honestly? I find a lot of things a smartphone CAN do aren’t as convenient as they should be.
Like the stopwatch function is buried inside the clock app. So you can’t open it quickly. And on top of that, instead of a tactile button you can rest your finger on and hit at a moments notice, the button on the phone is a touch sensitive area on a glass pane. It’s just not as optimal as a dedicated digital stopwatch.

Joking aside, I think “insertive” and “receptive” work just fine while also being more technically accurate.
The justification for the change might make ones eyes roll, because we are talking about plugs not people, but if the alternative is just as easy while also being correct, it’s really no skin off my nose to use different words.
That’s just my perspective though.

Sky valley is pretty damn close. A little more roasted flavor, but I’m happy with the switch. I have not tried Underwood Farms’ sauce yet however.

I’m still figuring this all out, why should kbin block lemmy.ml and why does mastodon.art block kbin? Also if there is a place to read about all of this, where is it?
