I’ve finally gotten around to trying some Terraria mods! I’m nearing 2000 hours on vanilla, but this week I bit the bullet and tried Calamity with Magic Storage and AlchemistNPC lite. So much new stuff to explore and some real quality of life upgrades

Also, spring is in the air so I’ve cleaned out my potting bench, sowed some peppers and basil, made some cuttings and prepared my new border to sow in native wildflowers. Love the start of gardening season!

I already loved their albums when I discovered them in '16, but once I saw them live i was totally hooked. They’ve only been getting better since, especially after they dumped their second drummer (rip Eric I miss you but you totally held the other drummer back). Every single show I’ve seen since was such a blast! More and more jammy too, which I really enjoy.

Also, I saw The Colour Haze last Friday and they were much better love than I expected as well.

So even if we’re talking regular single-family homes you can already build 800.

Many trees do very well in the shade, as long as their crowns get sun part of the day. Leave some room between buildings and you can easily build 4-6 stories tall and still have trees in between. You can easily fit 20 apartments per acre that way. That’s about 3200 apartments. With 3 people per household that’s close to 10k people.

I agree 40k is optimistic, but 400 is way pessimistic
