Reject modernity; embrace tradition.
Uniquely, index match turns a reference to the entire row/column which in the right hands is a hell of a lot more useful.
There are strategies to
Have individual homes for people to reside in; this gives people privacy, some sense of permanence, and a safe space to simply exist. This reduces the psychological stresses of simply trying to exist. This also has the upside of having a permanent address to have things like a bank account, contact point for Medicaid, etc.
“Safe” access to drugs. A lot of people would be on some kind of drug. Having a safe place lets them do what they need to and have established residence to get help when they need it, like an ambulance going to an address for ODs
Have medical support. Professionals can help ween off of hard drugs and/or find appropriate drugs for what ever health issues they have.
Finally they can take a shower and get themselves presentable to interview for work.
I worked adjacent to some org buying the back lot of a school to convert into this kind of housing for homeless teens; above is what I can recall when reading into the program.
I have a Bluetooth dongle headset-mic. Probably for the same buffer reason, it constantly breaks audio when I have multiple audios in/outs running.
The only consistent fix is switching to another audio driver and playing a video on YouTube while I switch it back.
Reddit sold Google the rights to train AI models using their (our?) data a year ago. Any trained model will recognize the data it was trained on and rank it highly.

Yeah, leaving leaf coverage is great for all kinds of larvae. Leaving them alone also slows weeds from growing and as the leaves break down they fertilize the soil.
The modern problem is that there are not enough critters roaming around to naturally step on foliage to break them down.
You have to aggressively purge the current chat and give it more abstract references for context. With enough context it can rewrite some logic loops, maybe start a design pattern. You just have to aggressively check the changes.
It’s baked into the training. It’s not a simple thing to take it out. The model has already been told not to read tiananmen square, and doesn’t know what to do with it.
It’s in the USA’s geopolitical interest to maintain relations with Israel.
We won’t get any resolution of the situation until after elections are over. If Biden does anything, it may negatively impact the Democrat’s campaign.
It reminds me of the eternal war in Civ 2 where whenever there is a build up of an army they just get targeted and nuked. Eternal War
There is https://github.com/Alovoa/alovoa I haven’t taken a dive yet. I’m curious how much activity there is on it.
I’ve been using ReportLabs to make pdfs in Python. It took some getting used to but I can put together just about anything I can imagine. I still get a little lost when I need to dig into the source code and how it generates pdfs from templates though.
Maybe that, but I was thinking that this was a purchase for Ukrainian AF who were already trained/familiar with Russian tech.
No shareholders if you aren’t publicly owned. Stakeholders, yeah probably, but no shareholders.
Massive swell of people to make any progress to have something to campaign with for Putin’s re-election. Ukraine has been generally running low on artillery and can’t fully capitalize on countering large unit offenses. The Ukrainians have a lot of western equipment but are low on funds to supply them.
The annual gift tax exclusion of $18,000 for 2024 is the amount of money that you can give as a gift to one person, in any given year, without having to pay any gift tax
If anyone is looking for the gift tax limit I got the above quote from https://smartasset.com/retirement/gift-tax-limits
This is more than I remember, but I think I’m confusing it with the $6000 limit for contributions to an IRA account. I think it went up to $7000 this year, but I digress.
naively pushing for this is difficult because it can be easily interpreted as funding proxy wars and forever wars. It would probably need to be obfuscated as ‘effective defense spending’ or an excuse to reduce/replace stockpiles. The later a reason for the first few Ukrainian aid bills iirc.
Conventional Linux use should be fine. It’s targeting SSH connections to other things over the net; connecting to a server, remote camera, etc. So it reverse engineers the connection by brute-forcing(?) Weak ssh passwords to install the malware.
I’m not an IT professional but this is my layman interpretation.
Depends on the project. If it’s for fun, sure make all the square wheels you want and learn how to make them round. But if you just want your project to work you’d find something to use. Really depends on the developers goals.
Maybe put the claim towards that if you can, and get a new car lien. Maybe new insurance when they finish paying out
