  • History has been very kind for all military business.

Here the first few lines from the wiki page.

    ——

American companies that had dealings with Nazi Germany included Ford Motor Company,[2][3] Coca-Cola,[4][5] and IBM.[6][7][8] Ford Werke and Ford SAF (Ford’s subsidiaries in Germany and France, respectively) produced military vehicles and other equipment for Nazi Germany’s war effort. Some of Ford’s operations in Germany at the time were run using forced labor. When the U.S. Army liberated the Ford plants in Cologne and Berlin, they found “destitute foreign workers confined behind barbed wire.”[9]

Like Swiss banks, American car companies deny helping the Nazi war machine or profiting from forced labor at their German subsidiaries during World War II.[9] “General Motors was far more important to the Nazi war machine than Switzerland,” according to Bradford Snell. “The Nazis could have invaded Poland and Russia without Switzerland. They could not have done so without GM.”[9]

  • I dont understand why people are upset about this compare to the serious stuff he is doing.

Getting money from foreign countries is how the USA government work. And that why we have the mess in the middle east.

Israel purchase almost all of congress, and get tax money back for it, along with letting US soldier fight for them ( Iraq , Libya, Syria, Somalia, Yemen, and now maybe Iran)

People should direct their outrage to how lobbying and inside trading is happening because that what got you trump in the first place.

For people who dont know, this has to do with how people used to play chess during the early Islam days as it had a gambling component. Anything that contain a dice roll is prohibited. Thats why we see the gambling parts in these news. Modern chess is completely different which is not taking into account by Taliban.

In addition to how many hours you spend playing a game as you are not suppose to spend hours on unproductive things.

Also for people who dont know, chess doesnt make you good at critical thinking or enhance your thoughts process. It might have that ability if you mix it as part of other mental activity, but in general playing chess makes you good at chess.

The main issue, how they plan to enforce that rule.

  • Source that hamas killed more people on October 7: trust me bro … “Israel”

The reality is, they didnt allow UN investigation, they buried and burn cars. Then news comes out later about the Hannibal directive.

    Some news:

In July, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz revealed commanders in the IDF gave the order to fire on troops who had been captured by Hamas at three separate locations, explicitly referencing the Hannibal Directive.

One former Israeli officer, Air Force Colonel Nof Erez, told a Haaretz podcast the directive was not specifically ordered but was “apparently applied” by responding aircrews.

Panicked, operating without their normal command structure and unable to coordinate with ground forces, they fired on vehicles returning to Gaza, knowing they were likely carrying hostages.

“This was a mass Hannibal. It was tons and tons of openings in the fence, and thousands of people in every type of vehicle, some with hostages and some without,” Colonel Erez said.

Air force pilots described to Yedioth Ahronot newspaper the firing of “tremendous” amounts of ammunition on October 7 at people attempting to cross the border between Gaza and Israel.

“Twenty-eight fighter helicopters shot over the course of the day all of the ammunition in their bellies, in renewed runs to rearm. We are talking about hundreds of 30-millimetre cannon mortars and Hellfire missiles,” reporter Yoav Zeitoun said.

“The frequency of fire at the thousands of terrorists was enormous at the start, and only at a certain point did the pilots begin to slow their attacks and carefully choose the targets.”

An Israeli Apache helicopter loaded with missiles flies through clear blue sky. Israel reportedly enacted the Hannibal Directive at midday on October 7.(Reuters: Ammar Awad) Tank officers have also confirmed they applied their own interpretation of the directive when firing on vehicles returning to Gaza, potentially with Israelis on board.

“My gut feeling told me that they [soldiers from another tank] could be on them,” tank captain Bar Zonshein told Israel’s Channel 13.

Captain Zonshein is asked: “So you might be killing them with that action? They are your soldiers.”
