Am battling with diarrhea since last night, maybe i had too much dairy. Ate a croissant in the morning, eat llaollao afternoon, and a glass of milk in the evening, so now my body eject my yesterday meal without giving it a chance of absorbing energy 💀
Had anti-diarrhea pill and probiotic, hopefully it get better uhuk
