      My brother managed to drink only it for a while and it gave him crazy bad poops initially but it balanced out. He’s just the soulless kind of guy it’s meant for, he didn’t miss the taste of real food in the slightest.

      He’s kicked it, though, probably because it really isn’t great long term as the only thing you eat.

        I lived on the Soylent bottles for quite a while, but one particularly busy active summer 2021 it landed me in the hospital because it turns out Soylent has no sodium, and if you have no sodium in your body then you end up in the hospital on a saline drip. Lesson learned and I share that lesson with everyone every time this topic comes up.

        Used to have one for lunch every day and it wasn’t bad at all, knew the recipe by heart at some point…

      They don’t really do anything at all to make you feel full enough that they actually satisfy hunger

      That was my experience with Soylent, but huel works for me.
