West Virginia released a slew of new anti-trans bills on January 10th, including a bill that bans gender affirming care up to the age of 21 and mandates therapists "cure" trans people.
Someone should write a bill to mandate a ‘cure’ for stupid, starting with political leaders. At least that cure has a chance for success. When are these idiots going to realize there’s no ‘cure’ for being the person that you are?
I’m not a violent person, but with draconian laws like these being put forth seemingly everyday, It feels like a time is approaching that the only recourse trans people will have is to try and cure conservatism with bullets. I for one refuse to be rounded up into camps and forced into the “showers” by these religious fascists.
