Calm down. I’m not filing anything. I’m simply pointing out that you’re a dumbass if you talk like that in public. So its an easy bluff for me to call.

The simple matter is, even just talking about plans to sabotage stuff on a detailed level is literally the crime of conspiracy and 100% in the perview of FBI investigations. (IE: Much like how Donald Trump “only” talked about how they were going to steal votes on Jan 6th, that’s enough for the FBI to have nabbed him on conspiracy).

And that’s the nature of our world. I have confidence in my worldview, because that’s actually how the world works. Yours is just kinda… an empty threat that’s full of pretty straightforward misunderstandings.

Like I said: guns. Violence. The use of force. I don’t really have much confidence in anarchists actually accomplishing much in our setting or political system (or the political system of Israel for that matter). But in contrast, I have confidence in the current powers that be and their ability to use force. Especially with regards to matters of say… criminal conspiracy of sabotage.

And anarchists otherwise aren’t a very powerful political group or in the mainstream, so yeah… a lot of yelling at clouds.

ianal, but i’m pretty sure crimes require means and opportunity and motive (unless it’s statutory). so, no, it’s not “only” talking.

i’m aware, but i can’t in good conscience choose to support oppression and genocide, so it’s the only political system i can support.

you’re not filing anything because you know only the most intellectually dishonest reading of my comments can be interpreted as a crime, and you don’t want to go to jail for lying to the feds.

You really don’t know how this works, do you? FBI doesn’t just work on crimes per se. They start working before the crime starts. They work as hard as they can to catch things while they’re still in the “conspiracy” stage.

See COINTELPRO, we know that Martin Luther King Jr. (thanks to declassified documents) that FBI was trailing and investigating him for some time. Even if you haven’t committed a crime, they’ll check in on you. Automated scans of online social media and such to see who is, or isn’t, slanted in certain violent ideologies, is part of the FBI’s purview. If its stated in public and on the internet, its not even a warrant. That’s just fucking open source research as they’re still looking for leads.

They need to do this because the people’s expectation of the FBI is to catch people before major crimes are committed. So naturally, they have to start investigations long before people even enter the criminal stages.

Its why anarchists can’t get any of their sabotage operations accomplished and why their threats to do so have no teeth.

I mean, fuck, a lot of online conspiracy talk is led by the FBI themselves in honeypot operations. My boss’s coworker literally was caught by the FBI when he hired a “black market contract killer” to kill his wife. As it turns out, this “contract killer” was just an FBI agent faking things on black-market internet forums, so they just arrested him at that point. (Conspiracy to murder).

That’s the FBI’s explicit goal and purpose. I don’t have to do anything, if you’re just publicly talking about your anarchist credentials and your willingness to sabotage on a public environment, you’re already kind of fucked.

And yet, you want to pretend that these acts of sabotage are a reasonable threat to my worldview?

Anyway, I point this out because THIS is power. Raw, unadulterated power. We are fortunate to live in a democracy where we have a (small, but meaningful) say in the use, application, and even design of this power. (Assuming you’re American). But to invoke or otherwise influence this power, you need to participate in the election system.

you’re so condescending i don’t know how you don’t get stuck lecturing yourself in the mirror.

they have to start investigations long before people even enter the criminal stages.

that’s an obvious violation of the fourth amendment. i’m not saying you’re wrong: most of their greatest pre-crime busts are obvious entrapment.
