    I wouldn’t trust the US govt with that information. I wouldn’t trust the US police with that information.

      They know what you drive and that you have a license for it.

      The app you order potstickers from the restaurant across town knows more about you than your wife does.

      Why do you care so much that your govt knows you have a gun? They can drone strike you before you even think of grabbing your desert eagle from your bedside table.

        I don’t own any guns, but I have a 2A right to a gun. I have no right to a car. If registration costs a single penny, this will be illegal for the same reason poll taxes are.

        they can imprison me or other wise deprive me of my freedom. i don’t believe in rights, but the Constitution purports a right to bear arms without infringement. my freedoms aren’t up for negotiation or judgement.
