One local activist from Hampton Roads has filed an injunction on Dec. 18 to remove former President Donald Trump from the Virginia's 2024 Presidential Primary Election.

Not using 14th amendment is an open invitation for dictatorship.

That argument only works if what you want to achieve is not a dictatorship.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
