That said, there are currently two militaries in Ukraine, one is not Ukraine. The war ends when they leave, they are the aggressor.

Large areas of Ukraine democratically seceded after the 2014 coup. Since Russia reconsolidated their lines along the Dnieper there have been no Russian soldiers in Ukraine at all. Kiev is the occupying force.
The accusations you’re making are fictional, but “kidnapping children” is especially ridiculous given the context. Russia has taken great effort to reunite orphans with their closest family, whether it be in Russia or Ukraine. To say they are “kidnapping children” implies the government owns the child, not their family. And that tracks. Ukrainians are now serfs under their neofeudal corporate Blackrock lords, tied to the land like deer of the forest. Men are drowning in rivers trying to escape.
You’re denying them the democratic human right of self determination. Let them vote. They’ll tell you if they want to continue the war. They’ll tell you if they’re Ukrainian or not. That’s how democracy works.

I don’t know why it’s so surprising about the children. Former Eastern Ukraine was mostly ethnic Russian. Russia has accepted more war refugees than any other nation. Orphans have a very good chance that’s where their closest family lives.
