A local official in Iowa is taking heat for appearing in a political ad denouncing a Democrat as “just plain dangerous” for kids — while having once been arrested for child endangerment herself.
Shellie Flockhart, who serves as a council member at large in Dallas Center, Iowa just outside of Des Moines, is not identified by her political position.
The spot focuses on Iowa state Sen. Sarah Trone Garriott (D), who is running for the House of Representative against incumbent Rep. Zach Nunn (R-IA).
In the ad, the blonde 55-year-old is one of several women sitting in turn, facing the camera to denounce Trone Garriott, 48, for her stance on trans issues.
For someone who hates trans people so much, she sure looks masculine for a woman.
Is she afraid people will think she’s trans, and that’s why trans people need to be eradicated?
Republicans are just plain evil liars.
Yesterday, they said the gays were after your kids, today they say the trans are.
Child engagement? Among other things she got a DUI because she was so drunk she couldn’t even drive anymore … not only legally…she simply wasn’t able to anymore.
All with her kids in the car.
