If you dont want to vote, get the non voting ones for a discount. No ones being forced to buy these, they’re being equally given to everyone, and everyone will have the same voting rights once its done. Most retail investors dont even vote.
Non voting shares shouldn’t exist. Buying a piece of a company and not being able to voice a say is an insane system
